Telephone interview

They may set up a phone interview with you if we need to confirm your eligibility for unemployment benefits. The date and hour of the interview will be listed on a DE 4800 notification that you will receive regarding your eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits.

Get ready for the Interview

The most frequent queries the interviewer will ask are covered in the Notification of Unemployment Insurance Benefits Eligibility Interview (DE 4800). To respond to their inquiries, be ready.
